I'm sure you've previously heard the statement "we are all one".

In this case it means that all relationships are divine, including with a stranger walking down the street, or if you prefer holy. This is because all relationships are truly with yourself if there is but one of us.

Without a doubt it's a huge statement about how important our relationship with ourselves are.

If you want a sure look at what's happening with your relationship with yourself then check and see how your relationships with those around you are going.

Chances say if you are arguing a lot on the outside then you're doing it on the inside as well. Don’t you just love those internal arguments? No matter what you see in the relationships around you it is exactly what's going on inside you as well.

As we change the way we treat and/or deal with ourselves the way we work and play with others changes as well. What a wonderful opportunity to use this as a meter for being true to ourselves.

We get to see what we dislike in our relationships, check how it plays out within ourselves, make changes so we feel better about ourselves and then move into better relationships with others.

So the next time you have a disagreement with someone take it inside and have a good look. In the end your life and relationships will be simply divine.
